Went to this insomnia on 5/17 around 1:45am with a group of friends and family, my cousin had to use the restroom urgently and the gentleman behind the counter said they closed 1 hour before closing yet we still had 15 min, before the hour mark. My cousin visually was uncomfortable and the worker did not care he said people have destroyed our restroom in the past, this worker felt a bit racist towards us. Do better insomnia, lack of empathy and being a basic human being.

I came in last night with my family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the employee at the counter told us, “I’ll be right back.” We waited patiently for about 10 minutes or more, but no one came back to assist us. During that time, we even called out to see if someone could help us place our order, but no one responded—even though we could hear movement in the kitchen area. After waiting and not receiving any assistance, we decided to leave. As we were walking out, the employee finally came back out, but by then we were already leaving the store. It was frustrating because we were ready to order and were simply ignored. A little attention to customers and communication would have made a big difference

I ordered Insomnia Cookies for the first time a few days ago and was disappointed. The cookies & ice cream were far too sweet.

Insomnia cookies 🤤 what’s better than fresh baked warm cookies! I know ice cream on top! I got a cookie wiches. It came with 3 scoops of ice cream in the middle of cookies. I got the chocolate chunk cookie with peanut butter insomniac tracks. It was vanilla ice cream w swirls of chocolate and mini peanut butter cups. So many flavor to try mix and match cookies and ice cream. They even have brownies. Next time I will grab a box of mixed cookies. I love this place better than crumble cookie!! These cookies actually taste good👍

I was super pumped to find out this place has gluten free and dairy free (vegan) chocolate chip cookies! This is very close to the test facility at Texas A&M that I travel to frequently during the year. I don’t know how I’ve missed this place and didn’t see if before. Well I am super glad I found it. The cookies were amazing. They serve them warm which is my favorite way to eat cookies. They have a nice crunchy edge and a warm moist center. Just downright delicious! I will be going back here again when in town. They have a lot of regular cookies as well that I am a sure would be delicious as well considering just how good the GF/vegan cookies are! The location is a bit weird to get into and out of but it is worth making your way in here. Stop and get yourself some delicious cookies here!
